Q: How is Red Jellyfish different than Working Assets?
A: Working Assets is an
excellent company, but we have several key differences:
1)
We donate almost 3 times as much per call!
2)
All of our donations go to helping environmental groups.
3) Working Assets polls its customers and allocates funds based on the
popularity of certain groups. We
let you choose which of our excellent non-profit partners you want our
donations to support.
4) We round domestic calls to the nearest 6 seconds; they round to the
nearest minute. If you made a call
lasting 1 minute and 1 second with Working Assets, you would be billed for two
full minutes. With Red Jellyfish, you’d be billed for only 1 minute and 6
seconds, saving you money!
5)
We keep your information private.
Working Assets sells your personal information, which could create more
junk mail, telemarketer calls, etc.
6)
We do not charge an access fee for making International calls.
Working Assets charges $2.95 per month for their International Plan.
7)
There is no additional fee for our 100% recycled plastic phone cards,
which have a great flat rate of 15 cents per minute for domestic calls.
Working Assets charges an extra $1 per month for this privilege, and
charges 25 cents per minute.
8)
We distribute our donations on a quarterly basis. Working
Assets keeps the money for up to one year before distributing it.
Q: How will I be billed for my Red Jellyfish Long Distance service?

paperless
E-bill program. Information on how to setup e-bill will be included in the

Red Jellyfish Long
Distance?
A: No!

it!

Red Jellyfish provide 24-hour customer service?
A: We have live customer service representatives available from 8am-9pm, Eastern Standard Time, and we can be reached at 1-800-466-1550. After 9pm, a customer service representative is on call to assist you with any network problems.

Q: How long will it take me to switch to
Red Jellyfish?
A: The signup itself is a snap and the processing time is normally

discontinue service, it's a good idea to call them and let them know you're
canceling after you've received your welcome package from Red Jellyfish. If you have concerns or questions during this time, please call our Service Center at 1-800-466-1550.
